If you enjoy bringing structure to technical challenges and turning product priorities into successful launches, this role offers significant cross-functional impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch.\nBuild integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints.\nIdentify risks early and drive clear mitigation, ownership and escalation.\nFacilitate project, risk and phase-gate reviews and enable timely decisions.\nProvide concise reporting on milestones, project health, decisions and actions.\nGuide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria.\nCoordinate design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness and production transition.\nMaintain RAID logs, decision records and change documentation.\nStrengthen PMO practices, tools and governance.\nWhat you need\nRequired: Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills.\nRequired: 5+ years managing projects/programmes in engineering, hardware development or manufacturing.\nRequired: Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization and cross-functional product development.\nRequired: Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management.\nRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.\nAdvantage: PMP certification or progress towards certification.\nAdvantage: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery and Scrum experience.\nAdvantage: ISO/regulated environments and Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike or Asana.\nWhat we offer\nOwnership of end-to-end advanced technology launches.\nExposure to sophisticated imaging and machine-vision technologies.\nCollaboration across engineering, product and manufacturing disciplines.\nOpportunities to deepen technical and project leadership expertise.\nThe scale and engineering breadth of Teledyne Technologies.\nHybrid working, with four days onsite and one remote.\nWhat happens next\nFollowing application review, selected candidates will typically complete a recruiter screen followed by interviews with the hiring team.
