These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.\nWe are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.\nJob Description\nTeledyne Reynolds (a business unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC) has over 60 years of heritage supplying the highest quality, high voltage interconnect solutions to the most demanding of applications in the Military/Defense, High-end Industrial, Medical, Energy and Space industries.\nWe are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!\nWe are truly Everywhereyoulook\nResponsibilities:\nPerforms Receiving Inspection by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; segregating and tagging nonconforming material; initiating NCRs.\nPerforms In-Process Inspection by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor.\nPerforms Final Inspection by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; verifying rework against the approved disposition.\nDocuments inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into the quality database.\nKeeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; verifying calibration status before use; reporting out-of-cal or damaged equipment.\nInteracts with customer and Government source inspectors by supporting source inspections and customer visits; preparing records and product as directed by the program manager.\nScans inspection paperwork by uploading it to the relevant portals.\nPerforms other responsibilities as assigned by management.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on inspection experience.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and schematics.\nKnowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.\nExperience inspecting molded plastic, rubber, ceramic, connector, and cable assemblies.\nProficient with calipers, micrometers, pin gages, height gages, and optical measurement.\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.\nComputer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.\nAbility to scan documents and upload them to web portals.\nDetail oriented and organized. \nClear verbal and written communication.\nWilling to learn new skills and take on new challenges.\nPreferred: Defense or aerospace experience.\nPreferred: Ability to use PC-DMIS and Hexagon CMM.\nPreferred: Familiarity with TipQA.\nPreferred: AS9102 FAI and AS9100 familiarity.\nIn our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Reynolds requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.\nDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a \"US Citizen\".\nSalary Range:\n$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
