This is a hands-on leadership role that combines daily supervision of QC personnel with active involvement in inspections, measurements, data analysis, recordkeeping, and problem resolution.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise Quality Control Technicians, providing daily leadership and oversight of executing department activities and priorities.\nEstablish and maintain inspection, testing, and measurement standards for raw materials and components.\nPerform and oversee hands-on inspections, measurements, and quality evaluations using precision measurement equipment.\nParticipate in root cause investigations, statistical process control (SPC) activities, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues.\nAnalyze quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve product performance.\nEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and quality management systems, including ISO standards.\nManage calibration programs and ensure inspection and test equipment remain accurate and compliant.\nPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer satisfaction.\nMentor QC Technicians on proper measurement methods and techniques.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM discipline.\n4+ years of quality engineering or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.\n1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.\nStrong attention to detail\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, SPC, CAPA, and inspection methodologies.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and measurement requirements.\nExcellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nMust be US Citizen or PERM Resident\nMust be able to lift 25lbs unassisted\nSalary Range:\n$77,900.00-$103,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
