Two dimensional focal plane arrays (InGaAs, InSb, and HgCdTe) and Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies (IDCA) complement our detector portfolio. Located near Philadelphia, with easy access to the Northeast corridor, TJT offers a small company atmosphere, while enjoying the benefits of being part of a larger corporation.\nPosition Summary\nEnsures the quality, reliability and validity of Teledyne’s processes, procedures and Quality Management systems for Teledyne’s Quality Assurance department.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nResponsible for Quality System Maintenance and support.\n\nRoot cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.\n\nAssist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.\n\nLead and Support continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system with tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen lean methods, etc.\n\nSupport the development of training to build quality awareness.\n\nInterface with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new or improved products are in accordance with approved data.\n\nSupport the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.\n\nInspect critical devices to ensure product and process compliance.\n\nConduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.\n\nAnalyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.\n\nAbility to lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings both internal and program level.\n\nAbility to identity, create, and closeout Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Preventative Action Reports (PARs) to address non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.\n\nCreate and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, quality plans, etc.\n\nContinuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.\n\nEnsure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.\n\nFamiliar with MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, IPC, and J-STD for electronic hybrids.\n\nManage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.\n\nAbility to travel to conduct Supplier quality audits.\n\nPreparation of Certificates of Conformity, QA reports, and Quality presentations.\n\nSupport configuration control system.\n\nWork with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data.\n\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\nQualifications\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:\nQuality Engineering experience.
