If you’re passionate about electronics design and want to work where cutting-edge meets real-world impact, this is your opportunity!\nWhat you'll do\nLead the design and development of complex electrical circuits for advanced machine vision camera platforms and test systems.\n\nOwn board-level architecture decisions, including power, signal integrity, and high-speed interfaces.\n\nDefine PCB stackups and guide layout strategy for complex, high-performance designs.\n\nDrive design optimization for cost, reliability, manufacturability, scalability, and testability.\n\nIndependently debug, validate, and qualify designs through prototype and production stages.\n\nProvide technical leadership across firmware, FPGA, mechanical, thermal, and test teams.\n\nLead design reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.\n\nMentor intermediate and junior designers, providing technical guidance and developmental feedback.\n\nIdentify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies across projects.\n\nSupport production ramp-ups and resolve escalated field or manufacturing issues\n\nWhat you need\nStrong, demonstrated expertise in analog and digital circuit design.\n\nDeep experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Siemens PADS) and advanced lab instrumentation.\n\nStrong working knowledge of high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics design.\n\nExtensive experience with ADCs, DACs, SMPS, LDOs, op-amps, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and fiber optics.\n\nProven ability to own complex technical problems and deliver solutions independently.\n\nAbility to influence technical direction and collaborate across multiple teams.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.\n\nTypically 8+ years of relevant experience.\n\nAdvantage: Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive health benefits\n\nProgressive vacation plan and paid holidays\n\nRetirement savings plans with company match\n\nEducational assistance and career development support\n\nOpportunities to work on globally impactful technologies\n\nWhat happens next\nApply online and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
