Engineering teams around the globe use Teledyne LeCroy systems to develop next generation communication, consumer electronics, and computer products. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated SerialData Application Architectwith solid software skills to join our Serial Data and Vertical Market Applications Development Group.\nThe successful applicant will help develop software for Teledyne LeCroy's industry-leading test & measurement tools, analyzing gigabit-per-second signals from cutting-edge technologies including the next generations of Ethernet, USB, PCIe, HDMI and DisplayPort standards.\nCore responsibilities:\nDesign measurement software to automatically test customer systems to next generation serial data standards using Teledyne LeCroy test and measurement equipment.\nDevelop algorithms for measurement and analysis of data.\nParticipate in serial data standards technical working groups to contribute to the development of test specifications\nWorking in a team environment to debug, diagnosis, and fix various software issues reported by customers.\nWrite clean, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews\nQualifications:\nExperience in Python, and C++ programming\nDeep understanding of data structures and algorithms\nStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to write test procedures and work instructions\nKnowledge of digital and analog electronics\nBS in EE, or Computer Engineering\nDesirable:\nKnowledge of electronics test equipment like oscilloscope and protocol analyzer\nKnowledge of serial data standards\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development\nExperience in test equipment automation\nExperience of Windows based application programming\nMS in EE, CS, Computer Engineering, or Physics\nSalary Range:\n$72,800.00-$97,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
