These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.\nWe are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.\nJob Description\nPre and post sales technical support for the use of Protocol Group Products\nDetailed Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide first/second line technical support for CNS Protocol test product lines (PCI Express, CXL, NVMe, Ethernet, Fibre Channel SAS, SATA).\nRespond to customer queries and requests for help using the support tracking system by web, email and zoom.\nUtilize Protocol Analyzers and other test and measurement equipment.\nInterpret and analyze trace captures\nIndependently Interpret testing and compliance results and provide feedback to the customer.\nCommunicate clearly between Customers and other internal individuals\nCollaborate with other team members: sales engineering, marketing, application engineering and product development teams\nWork within organizational policies and practices\nRecreate/validate reported issues\nEscalate and involve/work with next line of support where appropriate.\nRequired Education, Skills and Experience:\nStrong analytical /problem solving skills, proactive problem solver\nEducation level: Degree or higher. BSEE/BSCS, Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electronics/ electrical engineering / relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience in remotely supporting customers\nGood English communication in addition to local language\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge/experience of high-speed serial protocol standards\nPCI Express (PCIe), Compute Express Link (CXL), NVMe, SAS,SATA, Ethernet, Fibre Channel\nComfortable interfacing with customers and being part of the Sales process\nKnowledge of electrical and electronics principles - in particular high speed serial protocols\nBasic understanding of computer network configuration and protocols\nExperience using test instruments (e.g., compliance testers, protocol analyzers)\nDebug or validation of PCIe protocol\nDebug or validation of CXL protocol\nDebug or validation of NVMe or SAS\nFamiliarity with a Linux and Windows operating environment\nForeign language skills ideal but not required\nGood understanding of Sales cycle and customer decision making and development cycle\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
