These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.\nWe are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.\nJob Description\nJob Summary:\nProduction Test Technician: Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of dewars, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nPerforms electrical measurements and tests from test procedures and engineering specifications \nSets up and checks out test station/equipment\nMaintains records on work performed, analyzes data collected and reports results (metrics)\nRemoves, replaces and assembles parts and/or assemblies as required\nPerforms necessary touch up and cleaning of deliverable hardware\nAssists Engineering in developing test procedures for new products\nMonitors consumables required to support test activities \nMaintains inventory of testing equipment on hand and advises on equipment required to meet production schedules including obsolete, repair or calibration status.\nJob Qualifications:\nMechanical and electrical concepts \nAbility to read and understand written test procedures \nESD procedures \nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)\nISO 9001 experience - preferred\nMust be able to use hands to move and assemble very small electronic parts and fastening devices\nMust be able to communicate orally and in writing using the English language\nMust be able to use a microscope for extended periods of time\nMust be US Citizen or PERM Resident\nSalary Range:\n$50,600.00-$67,500.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
