As an Assembly Supervisor, you will lead an assigned cleanroom production cell, ensuring products move efficiently through manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery. This is an opportunity to combine strong leadership skills with operational excellence, helping drive continuous improvement in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and supervise cleanroom manufacturing employees to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.\nPlan, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on labor, materials, equipment, and business priorities.\nAssign work, balance workloads, and remove obstacles impacting production flow.\nCoach, develop, and evaluate employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.\nEnsure compliance with cleanroom protocols, contamination-control requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards.\nPartner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to solve production challenges.\nMonitor key performance indicators and use data to improve cycle time, labor efficiency, yield, and schedule attainment.\nLead root-cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality and production issues.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, workflow, and product movement.\nSupport staffing, cross-training, and succession planning activities.\nWhat You Need\nStrong leadership, coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills - Required\nAbility to analyze production data and drive measurable operational improvements - Required\nKnowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, Lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools - Required\nExperience working in a cleanroom, regulated manufacturing, or high-quality production environment - Required\nExperience leading manufacturing teams in a supervisory or equivalent leadership role - Required\nFour to six years of progressive manufacturing experience - Required\nHigh school diploma or equivalent - Required\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Lean certification - Preferred\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to support advanced technologies used in defense, communications, and radar applications.\nA collaborative environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nCareer development opportunities through leadership growth, cross-functional collaboration, and technical learning.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nA culture that values safety, quality, teamwork, and employee development.\nWhat Happens Next\nOnce you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your qualifications and experience.
