The role maintains stock records in Microsoft Dynamics AX and ships customer orders on time through approved courier portals.\n Detailed Descrption:\nPack finished goods securely to customer, product and shipping requirements.\nCheck products, quantities, labels and documents before dispatch.\nArrange shipments through approved courier portals and produce labels and paperwork.\nUse Microsoft Dynamics AX to record stock movements and book in goods.\nReceive and check deliveries, reporting damage or discrepancies promptly.\nStore materials and finished goods correctly, maintaining stock rotation and traceability.\nComplete stock checks and help investigate and correct discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate packing, goods receipt and dispatch records.\nHandle goods safely and keep the warehouse clean and organised.\nWork with production, purchasing and customer service to support material availability and on-time delivery.\nProgress chase orders to ensure products are completed, packed and dispatched on time.\nMove materials and finished goods safely around the site to support production and dispatch.\nCarry out other reasonable duties as required. Preferred Skills/Experience\n\nWarehouse, stores, packing or dispatch experience is desirable.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar stock system is desirable.\nConfident using courier portals and preparing shipping documents.\nGood attention to detail and accurate stock and dispatch records.\nBasic computer skills and accurate data entry.\nAble to handle, pack and move goods safely.\nOrganised and able to prioritise daily work.\nWorks well in a team and communicates issues clearly.\n\nReliable, punctual and able to meet standards and deadlines.\nMethodical, organised and attentive to detail.\nSafety-conscious when handling, storing and moving goods.\nAccurate when processing stock and shipping information.\nProactively reports damage, stock discrepancies and dispatch issues.\nPositive, flexible and supportive of the wider operations team.\nWilling to learn and adapt to new products, systems and processes.\n\nTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
