Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.\nPosition Summary\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nManage performance of the team to ensure that employees achieve their full potential\nDevelop and engage the team to ensure the employees are fully energised and focussed to achieve their own and company goals.\nManage month and end year financial process,\nResponsible for the monthly and weekly management report and co-ordinate with respective PIC\nResponsible for the management and coordination of budgeting and inventory system.\nPreparing AOP, forecast and monthly soft closed.\nResponsible for monthly reports and performance analysis i.e. plant variance analysis (purchase price variance, usage variance, operating cost variance, etc)\nAccumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles\nInvolve in the interim & year-end physical stock together with analysis & reconciliations of variances.\nLiaise with external auditor during interim and year-end audit.\nPerform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nProfessional qualification from ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or Degree in Accounting.\nMember of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.\nMinimum 7 to 8 years of relevant working experience.\nExperience in accounting analysis and inventory management is an added advantage\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nAble to provide meaningful analysed data to the Management.\nKnowledge of Financial and Manufacturing Modules in any reputable ERP System is preferred.\nMust be able to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and Malay Language.\nAble to lead the Finance team in consolidating data and reviewing annual budgeting process with other section/department heads, take charge of stock take activities and provide prompt financial information to the management.\nMeticulous with strong analytical skill, initiative and hard working.
