For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nTo manage the day-to-day Customer Service activities including process of orders.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nCall handling.\nQuery and complaint management.\nLiaison with warehouse / monitor delivery performance.\nBackorder management.\nSales support.\nLiaison with Accounts Receivable.\nPrice management and control.\nCustomer master data maintenance.\nRecall support.\nEnsure customer orders are processed on time and accurately.\nEnsure customer calls are handled in a timely and professional manner.\nManage customer and sales team queries. Ensure all queries are responded to in an accurate, timely and professional manner.\nProvide product availability, stock information and delivery information to customers and sales in an accurate and\ntimely manner.\nEnsure all returns, credits and debits are processed on time and in line with existing procedures.\nSupport pricing queries and the invoicing process as needed.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nFluency in Polish and English required\nCustomer Service experience preferred but not essential - Full Training is provided.\nRelevant 3rd level qualification preferred\nHigh level of accuracy\nStrong attention to detail\nGood computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM and SAP an advantage - full training is provided.\nExcellent communication skills\nProfessional telephone manner\nStrong service orientation\nAbility to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues\nSelf-Starter / ‘Can Do’ approach\nTime management & organisational skills\nGoal orientated\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nApproachable and enthusiastic\nFlexible and adaptable\nEngaging and relating\nAble to work on own initiative and as a team player\nGood organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity\nGood judgement and problem-solving skills\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
