The successful candidate will lead a world-class procurement organization that serves as a strategic business partner to Operations, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance, and executive leadership.\nThe successful candidate will lead a globally dispersed team responsible for direct and indirect procurement, category management, supplier quality partnership, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and procurement excellence. This leader will help shape the future global supply network, ensuring resilience, scalability, and value creation in support of the Company's growth strategy.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nLead Enterprise Procurement Strategy\nDefine and execute a global procurement vision aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.\nMaintain procurement as a strategic business partner and enterprise value creator.\nOptimize the global supplier network to ensure competitiveness, scalability, resilience, and service excellence.\nProvide executive leadership with insight into market dynamics, inflationary pressures, commodity trends, geopolitical developments, and supply risks.\nDrive optimization of the global supplier network to support business continuity, agility, and long-term competitiveness.\nStrategic Sourcing & Value Creation\nLead global sourcing strategies across direct materials, indirect spend, capital equipment and strategic services.\nDeliver sustainable value creation through cost leadership, productivity initiatives, supplier innovation, process efficiency, and working capital optimization.\nDevelop category management strategies that balance cost, quality, service, innovation, risk, and sustainability objectives.\nDrive strategic supplier negotiations, commercial agreements, and long-term partnership models.\nEnsure procurement contributes meaningfully to gross margin expansion and revenue growth objectives.\nSupply Resilience & Risk Management\nBuild and maintain a resilient global supply network capable of supporting business growth and customer commitments.\nLead supplier risk management programs encompassing continuity planning, geopolitical risk, sole-source mitigation, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business continuity.\nDevelop proactive strategies addressing supply shortages, capacity constraints, inflationary pressures, and market disruptions.\nEstablish robust governance processes to monitor supplier performance and risk exposure globally.\nSupplier Partnerships & Innovation\nBuild strategic relationships with key global suppliers and executive stakeholders.\nCreate a supplier innovation program that leverages external capabilities to accelerate product development, enhance customer value, and improve operational performance.\nSponsor executive business reviews with strategic suppliers and Excellence\nDevelop and execute a multi-year procurement transformation roadmap.\nLeverage digital technologies, advanced analytics, AI-enabled procurement tools, and automation to improve sourcing and supplier sustainability programs.\nEnsure procurement practices support corporate ESG objectives and evolving regulatory requirements.\nPromote ethical sourcing, supplier diversity, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility throughout the supply base.\nEstablish meaningful sustainability metrics and accountability mechanisms across procurement operations.\nMergers, Acquisitions & Business Integration\nLead procurement due diligence activities supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic growth opportunities.\nIdentify and capture procurement synergies resulting from acquisitions and organizational changes.\nSupport integration activities to ensure rapid realization of value and supply continuity.\nLeadership & Organizational Development\nBuild and lead a high-performing, inclusive and engaged global procurement organization.\nDevelop succession plans and leadership pipelines to support future business growth.\nCreate a enterprise growth, customer satisfaction, and shareholder value creation.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related discipline.\nAdvanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) preferred.\n15+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, and supply chain leadership experience.\nSignificant experience leading global procurement organizations within highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nDemonstrated success managing large international spend portfolios and complex global supplier networks.\nProven track record delivering enterprise procurement transformation and sustainable value creation programs.\nExperience influencing executive leadership teams and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.\nDeep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, procurement operations, and risk management.\nStrong understanding of ERP platforms, digital procurement technologies, spend analytics, and integrated business planning processes.\nExperience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transformations preferred.\nSpecialized
