For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nReporting to Global Talent Development Specialist, this role is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of Global Talent Development programs and processes. The position supports the planning, organization, communication, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives globally. The successful candidate will ensure seamless program administration, provide outstanding participant support, administer talent and learning systems, coordinate vendors and logistics, and contribute to the successful delivery of training programs. The role will also support facilitation activities and be willing to develop and deliver selected training sessions as required.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nSupport the Global Talent Development Specialist in the successful delivery of global talent and learning initiatives.\nCoordinate and maintain the Global Talent and Learning calendar.\nOrganize and administer global talent development programs, leadership initiatives, and learning events.\nSupport program logistics, participant registration, scheduling, training materials, and virtual event coordination.\nServe as the primary contact for program participants.\nCoordinate communications related to Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives globally.\nAdminister talent and learning systems and maintain accurate records.\nCoordinate vendor contracts, invoice processing, and budget tracking activities.\nMaintain and triage the Global Talent Development mailbox.\nPrepare participant materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and training resources.\nSupport facilitation and delivery of leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs.\nDevelop capability to independently deliver selected training sessions and workshops.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and participant experience.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree required.\nExperience coordinating, organizing, and administering learning, talent development, HR, or training programs.\nExperience supporting global or multi-country programs desirable.\nExperience in training coordination, learning administration, HR operations, or event management preferred.\nPrevious experience facilitating training sessions or willingness to develop trainer capabilities highly desirable\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nExceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.\nExcellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable presenting information and facilitating group discussions.\nInterest in learning design, facilitation, and training delivery.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong customer-service orientation.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nExperience with LMS, SuccessFactors, or talent management platforms is an advantage.\nFluent in English.\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
