Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.\nPosition Summary\nThe HR Executive (Payroll) is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. The role also provides payroll administration support, maintains employee payroll records, responds to payroll-related enquiries, and assists with payroll reporting and HR administrative activities. The incumbent will work closely with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure payroll operations are executed efficiently and confidentially.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nProcess monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.\nVerify payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, overtime, shift allowances, attendance, leave deductions, bonuses, and other payroll transactions.\nEnsure payroll calculations are accurate and compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.\nPrepare final salary payments for resigning employees.\nReview payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.\nPrepare and verify statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp Levy.\nEnsure timely submission and payment of all statutory contributions.\nSupport payroll audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.\nMaintain accurate employee payroll records within payroll system.\nEnsure payroll documentation is complete and properly maintained.\nRespond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory deductions, payslips, and salary-related matters.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll information.\nAssist with payroll reconciliations and month-end reporting.\nEnsure all payroll activities comply with company policies, internal controls, PDPA requirements, and relevant employment legislation.\nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information at all times.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 1 years of payroll administration experience.\nExperience processing payroll in a medium to large organization is preferred.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nNote: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Teleflex Medical business, key responsibilities may evolve and change over time.\nTeleflex is an equal opportunities employer.\nAt Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
