Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.\nFor more information, please visit Ingenyx.com\nPosition Summary\nThe Project Controller for Ingenyx I.T./Finance provides financial and analytical support for the ERP system implementation project accounting, system implementation support, and assigned finance project management in a high-growth carve-out environment.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nNew vendor setup and invoice-level classification/GL recording\nMonthly IT 3P Spend Reporting, split into e.g. Technical Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, Master Data Management\nMonthly IT Capital Project Accounting and Reporting - Project Evenstar IFS implementation & UKG HR system implementation, etc\nOwn Planning/forecast for project cash flow spending\nAd-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.\n3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis\nGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards. (GAAP)\nSAP/IFS knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.\nThe incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nExperience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment a plus\nFinancial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.\nStrong analytical and data analysis skills\nThis position requires direct contact with an implantable device. Yes No\nTRAVEL REQUIRED: 5-10%\nThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,500- $165,800 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in a 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
