Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.\nFor more information, please visit Ingenyx.com\nPosition Summary\nThe Sr. HR Generalist position is responsible for core human resources activities across several locations and functions including policy administration, recruitment, time and attendance, leave management, employee relations, training, and workers’ compensation. This role will also partner with management with managing and resolving HR issues.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nProvide policy and procedure guidance to employees and managers.\nRespond to human resources related inquiries.\nManage and execute talent acquisition, orientation and retention programs. Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify talent within and outside the business.\nRecruit for salried, non-exempt manufacturing and technical positions including maintenance of talent management database.\nPartner with HR Admin to cooordinate and deliver new hire orientation for contract and full time employees, and new hire activities.\nOversee the leave management process as a liaison with employees, managers and 3rd party vendor.\nOversee workers’ compensation claims and administration.\nWork with the HR Manager to investigate employee complaints and administer corrective action as appropriate.\nSupport managers with employee development and succession planning.\nSupport managers with performance management and yearly compensation cycle.\nStay up-to-date with HR trends, employment law updates, and compliance requirements.\nLeads and/or participate in HR team or business initiatives and special projects as appropriate.\nFacilitate employee development and training as needed.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree, preferrably in a business and/or human resources concentration.\nHR and/or training certification preferred.\n5+ years’ human resources experience.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or non-exempt working environment preferred.\nPrevious recruitment experience required.\nExperience with time management or HRIS systems preferred.\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nDeep understanding of labor laws and human resources compliance.\nKnowledge of HR functions and best practices.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.\nEfficient administration and people management skills.\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nIndependent, self-starter working style with follow through.\nAbility to successfully prioritize and shift focus to meet the needs of the business.\nStrong business process and customer (business and employees) focus.\nMust be well organized with high attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality\nAt Ingenyx, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
