For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nThis position is based in Bülach, Switzerland, a site responsible for the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of balloon catheters and drug-coated stent systems.\nThe Coronary Catheter Development Department develops innovative stent systems, balloon catheters, their components, and manufacturing processes for cardiovascular applications. To maintain our position as a global innovation leader and support our comprehensive product portfolio, we leverage expertise across a broad range of disciplines, spanning design and process development.\nStarting in January 2027, we are looking for a highly motivated and personable Intern to join our team in Bülach for a six-month internship.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nActively contribute to design and process development projects\n\nDefine and document design and process parameters\n\nEvaluate and assess new manufacturing technologies and processes\n\nDevelop and implement testing methods\n\nGain a solid understanding of key manufacturing processes and their interactions\n\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nEnrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Biomedical Engineering\nSolid MS Office skills; knowledge of DoE, Python, and CAD is considered an asset\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in German and English\n\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
