For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing consignment inventory levels at Customer locations to ensure product availability, minimizing excess inventory and reducing financial risk. This role involves supporting the processing of stock count data and reconciliation of consignment inventory, focusing on optimized inventory levels provided by Sales. This role will see you work closely with the Sales team, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance teams to maintain efficient inventory processes.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nInventory:\nMonitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.\nSupport the tracking of stock movements, customer consumption and replenishment to help maintain appropriate inventory and par levels.\nReview and process inventory reconciliations submitted by Sales Teams through ConsignPro and SAP, escalating more complex discrepancies as appropriate.\nInvestigate routine inventory discrepancies and work with Sales Teams, Customer Service and customer contacts to support their timely resolution.\nProcess expired inventory write-offs in accordance with established approval processes and month-end timelines.\nPerform inventory transactions and corrections in SAP, including stock write-ons, stock write-offs, stock transfers and other inventory adjustments, in line with approved procedures.\nLiaise with customers and Field Sales teams regarding routine consignment inventory queries, replenishment requirements and stock movements.\nCoordinate the return of expired, damaged or unwanted consignment stock, including following up on outstanding returns and relevant documentation.\nSupport the management of country-specific Inventory mailboxes and respond to routine inventory-related queries.\nMonitor consignment inventory count activities against the established count plan and follow up on overdue or outstanding counts.\nSupport Customer Service teams with the review of the EMEA open ZKE order report and follow up on missing documentation, inventory discrepancies and other stock-related issues.\nHelp ensure inventory records accurately reflect customer consumption and stock movements, supporting accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.\nData Analysis and Reporting:\nPrepare and distribute regular inventory-related reports, including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting as required.\nSupport the maintenance of reports relating to inventory discrepancies, inventory counts, outstanding returns, expired inventory and other inventory activities.\nReview inventory data for accuracy and completeness and follow up with relevant stakeholders where information is missing or requires clarification.\nSupport the analysis of basic inventory trends, usage patterns and recurring discrepancies, escalating significant findings or opportunities to the appropriate manager.\nMaintain accurate inventory data within relevant ERP and inventory systems.\nAssist with the preparation of information and data required for inventory KPIs and performance reporting.\nCompliance & Process Improvement\nEnsure inventory activities are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, contractual requirements and applicable quality and regulatory standards.\nMaintain appropriate documentation and records to support inventory transactions, reconciliations and audit requirements.\nIdentify and escalate process gaps, recurring issues or opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.\nSupport inventory-related process improvements, system enhancements and automation initiatives.\nWork collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse and other relevant teams to support effective inventory management.\nFoster clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and customers in relation to inventory queries and activities.\nEnsure compliance with Company QMS policies and applicable quality standards, including ISO requirements.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nFluency in English required and German an advantage\n2-4 years in inventory, Customer Service processes, supply chain, or related analytical roles, preferred.\nExperience with consignment stock processes.\nRelevant 3rd level qualification preferred\nHigh level of accuracy\nStrong attention to detail\nGood computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM and SAP an advantage - full training is provided.\nExcellent communication skills\nProfessional telephone manner\nStrong service orientation\nAbility to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues\nSelf-Starter / Can Do approach\nTime management & organisational skills\nGoal-oriented\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nProficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAble to take ownership and work independently with little supervision.\nDisplay a can-do attitude and act with a sense of urgency\nFundamental understanding of Medical Devices (preferred)\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
