As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor and brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring leaders across the region.\nYou will play a critical role in building diverse talent pipelines, driving hiring strategies aligned to business growth, and ensuring a seamless, engaging recruitment experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end recruitment across Latin America, including sourcing, engagement, screening, and presenting top-tier, diverse talent.\nDevelop and execute localized sourcing strategies that reflect regional market trends and talent availability.\nBuild strong partnerships with hiring leaders, providing consultative guidance and market insights to influence hiring decisions.\nProactively identify and engage passive candidates, building long-term talent pipelines across key markets.\nFacilitate strategic intake and calibration sessions to align hiring plans with short- and long-term business objectives.\nCoach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection, and inclusive hiring practices.\nLeverage digital platforms and social channels to elevate Teleflex’s employer brand across LATAM.\nDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear, consistent, and culturally aware communication throughout the process.\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and presenting high-quality, diverse talent to hiring managers for selection.\nUtilize sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires.\nFacilitate high-quality recruiting strategy meetings by identifying sourcing and recruiting plans to meet short-and long-term business objectives.\nBuild relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of having a talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.\nCoach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of top talent.\nAdvocate for and contribute to Teleflex's employer value proposition and core values.\nAbility to source talent through social media channels and continually network with internal and external talent to build a proactive pipeline.\nProvide excellent candidate care throughout the Recruiting process\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.\nMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Latin American markets.\nExperience in life sciences, healthcare, or medical device industries is a plus.\nFluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nProven expertise with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and digital recruiting technologies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).\nStrong Boolean search and talent mapping capabilities.\nSolid understanding of regional/country employment practices and regulations\nHigh level of adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to work across multiple countries and stakeholders.\nExperience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.\nAt Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
