For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior FP&A Analyst serves as a key member of the APAC FP&A team, supporting regional planning, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role partners closely with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across APAC to provide actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy, and drive sustainable business growth.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nThe key responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst will include (but not limited to) the following:\nFinancial Reporting, Planning & Forecasting\nLead the quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan\nPrepare and present monthly business performance reviews for senior management\nDeliver insightful variance analyses and explain key trends impacting financial performance\nEnsure key deliverables and timelines are met for monthly PL analysis and financial trends to Global/APAC management team\nSupport annual cost roll process and working with APAC countries to ensure accurate costing at SKU level\nSupporting delivery of regional financial projects and executive presentations as and when required by the business\nAny other Ad-hoc requests, financial modeling, consolidation or related work when required\nBusiness Partnering\nPartner with BU Finance Leaders to provide insights on key revenue drivers, profitability, and P&L performance\nSupport investment, pricing initiatives, resource planning, and business growth opportunities\nCollaborate with support function teams on financial management activities.\nProcess Improvement & Systems\nDrive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide actionable business insights and improve decision-making capabilities\nContinue to streamline and improve current processes to drive better accuracy and efficiency in work\nProvide guidance/training to local country teams for FPA related topics\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.\nProfessional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred\nMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance, or corporate finance in a fast-paced, multinational environment\nStrong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills\nKnowledge of Oracle Hyperion, PBCS, SAP, Power BI, VBA, Thinkcell preferred\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nA team player who can work independently and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results oriented environment\nA self-starter who can prioritize, plan, organize, effective in allocating resources and take initiative to meet job objectives and meet tight deadline independently\nProactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset\nDemonstrates emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic business environment\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, resilient and accountable\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
