This position requires deep knowledge of both strategic and tactical supply chain planning, with the ability to influence decision making at multiple levels of the organization.\nThis position is responsible for :\nPlan, manage and control the fulfilment of products from forecast/demand to supplier output in support of commercial, financial and operational plans.\nWork with Business Unit teams in translating commercial objectives as they relate to product supply and demand into executable plans for our internal and / or external suppliers.\nWork with our internal / external customers in developing an adaptive and scalable fulfilment model which anticipates future business requirements.\nTranslate strategic objectives into executable plans that balance customer demand, supply capabilities, financial targets, and inventory optimization.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\n Manage Demand and Supply to minimize back orders, position Inventories at agreed levels and reach targeted customer service levels.\n Be part of the S&OP monthly process driving S&OP Demand Fulfilment reviews.\n Work cross functionally with internal Supply Chain teams to manage exceptions, analyse material flow and maximize revenue.\n Communicate with the SBU’s/Regions on specific fulfilment plans.\n Communicate with site planning on supply priority, urgent requirement, demand surge, bank build and product return.\n In the event of supply constraints, work with Demand Planning and Commercial stakeholders to shape supply and optimize business performance.\n Master Data Management across Demand Fulfilment pillars. (SAP & APS o9)\n Lead specific meetings with site planning teams, Business Unit and Regional Marketing teams.\n Cross Functional Data Integration & Analytics including:\n Consolidate, and interpret data across multiple supply chain functions, including operations, supply and manufacturing.\n Develop integrated views and insights that enable leadership to make informed, timely decisions.\n Ensure planning assumptions, inputs, and outputs are aligned across systems and teams.\n Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and capabilities.\n Analyse and investigate supply issue, o9 gap.\n Develop processes to improve supply accuracy, increase collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensure that the translation of demand into the supply-planning process works seamlessly.\n PIR and SL creation/ changes when new SKU launch.\n Housekeep PO and update IPN when IPN transition in progress.\n POM Block orders review, release and communication with customer service teams.\n Manage last time build supply for discontinue items, communicate with demand planner, BU and customer service teams when stock fully consume.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in business or related technical field, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is also desirable.\nERP / Planning Systems knowledge\nDeep expertise in supply chain planning, including Demand and / or Supply Planning, at both strategic and tactical levels.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing end to end supply chain management including demand, supply and inventory.\nAttention to detail and accuracy - essential\nAbility to work well under deadlines and pressure\nProblem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives are required.\nGood analytical ability\nGood business acumen.\nProven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.\nAdvanced communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.\nExperience with integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP/IPN) processes and planning systems\nDrive an inclusive approach to problem solving and engaging widely within the business\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nKey Relationships and Interfaces\nGlobal Supply Chain\nQuality / Regulatory (internal / external)\nBusiness Unit and Regional Marketing teams\nLogistics & Distribution (globally)\nCommand Center Team\nControl Tower Team\nFinance Team\nEngineering / R&D\nBehaviors / Values:\nBalanced, Dependable and Fair\nSelf-starter, able to identify what is essential for business success and align resources and time accordingly.\nApproachable and enthusiastic\nGood organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity\nGood judgment and problem-solving skills and is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on both Teleflex and their customers.\nAbility to see both innovative and practical solutions as the business need requires.\nA member of the Demand Fulfillment team proactively influences peers and upper management to support successful implementation of projects.\nWorking Conditions / Physical Demands\nTravel Required\n Approx 10% International travel required.\nNote: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Teleflex Medical business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.\nWORKING ENVIRONMENT:\nOffice/Professional\nAt Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
