For more information, please visit teleflex.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Training specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product, clinical, and sales training for Teleflex's Vascular & Emergency Medicine portfolio. This individual contributor role partners closely with Marketing and Clinical teams to build internal training content - ensuring all clinical content stays strictly within approved Instructions For Use (IFU) - and ensures all materials are validated through Regulatory and Legal review before delivering training both in-person and remotely to sales representatives.\nFluent English required; fluency in either Italian or German is also required. The candidate can be based in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France. The roles requires business travel. #LI-hybrid#LI-UH1\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nClinical Acumen: establish and maintain a thorough and appropriate understanding of evidence based clinical application of the VEM portfolio, while aligning with the educational provisions of the Clinical and Medical Affairs team, supporting a consistent educational message across EMEA.\nContent Development: Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to design structured, accurate training curricula covering product features, IFU-based clinical use, and selling technique.\nCompliance & Approval: Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Legal to ensure all training content meets compliance standards before distribution.\nTraining Delivery: Deliver training sessions in-person (classroom and field settings) and remotely (webinar/virtual formats) to sales representatives.\nField Support: Regularly conduct field rides in direct and distributor markets to provide support, collect feedback on training requirements, and assess program effectiveness and update needs.\nContent Maintenance: Keep training materials current as products, clinical evidences, and the competitive landscape evolve.\nPerformance Feedback: Assess trainee competencies and provide structured feedback to sales leadership. Maintain training records and collaborate with leadership to identify training needs.\nEducation / Experience Requirements\nLanguages: Fluent English required; fluency in either Italian or German is also required.\nExperience: Sales experience or clinical experience required (either background will be considered); having both is a plus. Evidence of teaching and education experience.\nSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements\nHighly structured approach to content design and content building, effective utilization of online content platforms, and data management - including maintenance of training records, analytics on content delivered, and competency documentation.\nStrong facilitation/teaching skills - able to engage varied audiences.\nComfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal.\nRigorous discipline in staying within approved IFU language - no independent clinical claims.\nAbility to train and coach commercial technique - needs analysis, objection handling, value-based selling, closing.\nSolid understanding of the sales cycle in hospital/clinical procurement environments (multiple stakeholders, tenders, GPOs).\nTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
