The primary responsibility of the role is to establish and enforce robust testing practices that drive the quality of Teleios’ software deliverables.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and implement a robust QA strategy, encompassing both manual and automated testing.\nInterpret client requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.\nDesign, develop, and execute effective test strategies, plans, and cases tailored to specific projects.\nConduct various typesof testing, including functional, performance, load, security, usability, and automation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of software requirements and quality goals.\nAnalyseand report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.\nIdentify, document, and help prioritise bugs and issues discovered during testing.\nReview and refine QA processes in coordination with Engineering Managementand other team leads.\nProvide clear and timelyfeedback on test results, system quality, and defect status to relevant teams.\nResearch, evaluate, and introduce new testing tools and technologies,wherebeneficial.\n\nCollaborate with the Operations Team to manage and approve production-ready software builds.\nEducation and Experience\nRequired: \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Software Development, including at least 2 years in a QA leadership or supervisory role.\nProven experience designing and executing both manual and automated test strategies.\nStrong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Playwright, etc.).\nStrong technical writing skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nProven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and accuracy.\nPreferred: \nExperience in Agile or DevOps environments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.\nISTQB Certification or other relevant QA certifications.\nExperience testing enterprise or mission-critical applications, especially in a SaaS or
