The Sales Representative will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand application requirements, provide technical product solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the company's strategic sales objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet or exceed sales plans.\n Develop relationships with key accounts and distribution partners. \nWork with engineering and supply chain personnel at key accounts to design in KEMET and gain approval on AVL/BOM’s. \nTrain distribution on all KEMET/YAGEO products. \nKeep management informed of trends in market and advise any adverse issues which may impact ability to reach agreed upon goals. \nSupport Pricing Analyst with major RFQs. \nBuild intra-company teamwork between Customer Service/Production and the needs of the customer. \nAssess marketplace for vulnerabilities in development of targeted Customer opportunities. \nRequired Qualifications\nBS in Electronic Engineering or BS in Electrical Engineering \nAbility to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiently \nMinimum 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrated track record of growth and interested in building upon their successful track record in sales \nMust be experienced with solutions-based selling and approach to solving customer’s problems \nLocation & Work Type\nMilpitas, CA - United States\nTravel - 25%\nExempt - The salary range for this role is up to $140,000, based on experience.\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
