Our team plays a key role in supporting senior management's day-to-day decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on technology initiatives and partner performance. We work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to align on reporting priorities, track performance, and surface insights that drive action, helping shape how Telenet delivers on its technology and partnership strategy.\nYour tasks as a Data Analyst\nYou develop curiosity and a deep understanding of your domain's business context and processes.\nYou understand the business context and processes underlying business requests and reformulate them into clear insights questions.\nYou collect, query, clean, validate, and manipulate data from different sources to support reporting and analytical needs.\nYou define, build, and automate reporting dashboards relevant to the technology and partnership topics you are working on.\nYou develop a proactive partnership with your stakeholders, anticipating their needs and bringing data-driven recommendations to the table.\nYou perform deep-dive analyses on specific insights requests that lead to actionable recommendations for business and technology colleagues.\nYou contribute to optimizing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies, including the handling of ad-hoc business requests\nYou take an active role in the community of data professionals within Telenet, through sharing sessions, inspiration, and coaching.\nOur ideal Data Analyst\nYou have strong analytical skills.\nYou have a hands-on mentality to really dive into the data and find the answers.\nYou have a constructive mindset and can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams, both from a business and a more analytical background.\nYou can manage an analytics initiative end to end, including strong communication & presentation skills and stakeholder management.\nYou have experience in reporting and a solid understanding of performance measurement.\nYou have solid knowledge of one of the main dashboard tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau); previous Qlik Sense experience is a strong plus, as it is our primary reporting tool.\nYou have exceptional knowledge of SQL. Experience with Snowflake is a nice to have.\nYou have an interest in technology, IT, and operational processes\nYou have a relevant degree and experience:Master's degree in a quantitative field (business engineering, TEW, computer science, information management, etc.)\nMin. 3 years work experience.\n\nFluent in English.
