In this role, you'll play a key part in helping Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and strategic partners successfully launch and scale our digital products across the region.\nYou'll work closely with customers, partners, Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, drive product adoption, and solve complex business and technical challenges.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join an international organization at the forefront of digital payments, subscription services, and digital distribution.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead the onboarding of new partners, ensuring successful integration and launches.\n\nAct as the operational and technical focal point for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and partners across APAC.\n\nBe the end-to-end owner of partner onboarding, including solution configuration, API integration support, testing validation, UAT coordination, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.\n\nBe a technical advisor for partner operations, platform changes, documentation improvements, reporting, and operational support.\n\nPartner with Product, technical, and operational support for Customer Success Managers during customer engagements.\n\nFacilitate customer workshops and solution discussions to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.\n\nAct as a bridge between customers, partners, and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions and driving stakeholder alignment.\n\nDrive operational excellence by continuously improving onboarding processes, documentation, reporting and customer journeys\n\nWhat You Bring\nHands-on experience with integrations, onboarding, testing, and platform configuration.\n\nSolid understanding of APIs and technical concepts, translating business requirements into practical solutions.\n\nProblem solver with a proactive approach to issue resolution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\n\nStrong relationship builder with experience managing customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nCustomer-first mindset with experience working across global teams and fast-paced environments.\n\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and work effectively across multiple time zones.\n\nAbout the Team\nYou'll work alongside a passionate international team of Customer Success professionals, onboarding specialists, Product Managers, and Engineers dedicated to helping Mobile Network Operators and digital partners succeed.\nEvery day, you'll collaborate across multiple markets and functions to onboard new partners, solve customer challenges, improve products, and bring innovative digital payment and distribution solutions to market.\nThis is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to customers, partners, and cross-functional teams across APAC, with some travel expected to support business growth and strategic engagements.\nEducation & Relevant Industry Experience\n· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related discipline.\n· 5-8 years of experience in Telecommunications, Digital Payments, SaaS, CPaaS, Digital Services, or related technology industries, including working with MNOs, digital platforms, or subscription ecosystems.\n· Customer-focused professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across global teams and time zones.\n· Technical/Development background (knowledge of IDE's, GIT, Databases) would be an advantage.\nWhy Join Telenor Linx\nTelenor Linx is part of the Telenor Group, operating at the intersection of telecom and digital services.
