You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress.\nGoals\nEnsure timely coordination and execution of roaming rollout activities\nMaintain accurate and updated documentation in roaming management tools\nSupport smooth testing and launch of roaming services\nBuild effective collaboration with internal teams and roaming partners\nKey responsibilities\nEstablish and maintain communication with roaming partners\nSupport negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)\nCoordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans\nMonitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution\nResolve operational issues and escalate when required\nMaintain accurate data and status updates in management systems\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams\nEligibility Criteria\nExperience\nMinimum 2-4 years of specific mobile roaming experience working with roaming coordinator tasks primarily coordinator experience\nExposure to coordination of roaming rollout or similar activities\nSkills:\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\nAbility to work in a structured and systematic manner\nGood communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field\nEquivalent practical experience may be considered\nFunctional Skills / Knowledge Areas\nBasic understanding of mobile roaming processes and rollout lifecycle\nFamiliarity with IREG and/or TADIG processes (preferred)\nExperience working with international stakeholders and partners\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)\nBasic technical understanding of mobile networks and roaming services\nPotential
