As more of our data, analytics, and AI capabilities move to Google Cloud, you will play a key role in establishing and growing our expertise in Google's AI ecosystem, including Gemini, Vertex AI, and agent-based solutions.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data professionals, architects, and developers to identify opportunities where AI can create real business value. You will design and build solutions ranging from generative AI assistants and intelligent automation to advanced multi-agent systems that support business processes across multiple functions. Key responsibilities include:\nDesigning, developing, and deploying AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies such as Vertex AI, Gemini, and related services.\n\nBuilding generative AI and agent-based applications that improve customer experiences, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.\n\nDeveloping and orchestrating multi-agent solutions that automate complex business processes spanning multiple teams and systems.\n\nCollaborating with business units to transform ideas and use cases into scalable production-ready AI solutions.\n\nContributing to AI architecture, development standards, best practices, and platform evolution.\n\nSharing knowledge and helping grow Google AI capabilities\n\nBy helping Telenor harness the power of AI, you will contribute to delivering smarter services, faster problem resolution, and more personalized customer experiences, ultimately helping make our customers' lives safer, simpler, and more worry-free.\nAre you the one we’re looking for?\nWe're looking for a curious and hands-on AI developer who is excited by emerging technologies and passionate about applying AI to solve real business problems.\nMust-have qualifications\nExperience developing AI, ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.\n\nExperience with modern software development practices.\n\nExperience with cloud-native development on public cloud (Google Cloud preferred).\n\nUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related AI technologies.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.\n\nPreferred experience\nHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini, or related Google AI services.\n\nExperience building agentic or multi-agent AI solutions.\n\nExperience deploying AI solutions into production environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or other enterprise AI platforms.\n\nExperience working in agile product teams and cross-functional environments.\n\nBachelor's in computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field, or other relevant certifications and/or training that demonstrates learned knowledge.\n\nOur promise to you!\nWe are better together.
