Primarily, the Global Roaming Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the operational execution of the roll-out plan provided by the Roaming Coverage Manager(s).\nGoals\nEstablish contact with Roaming Partners\n\nNegotiate International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)\n\nDrive and coordinate testing and launches according to roaming roll-out plan\n\nTry to solve and if necessary, escalate potential issues that may jeopardize the targets\n\nEnsure all documentation and status is updated and kept in our Roaming Management Tool\n\nActively collaborate with the other members of the team and strive towards making the rollout of roaming services as effective as possible\nKey responsibilities\nEstablish and maintain communication with roaming partners\nSupport negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)\nDrive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services\nMonitor progress against rollout plans and highlight risks or delays\nResolve operational challenges and escalate issues when required\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting in relevant systems\nCollaborate closely with internal teams across multiple regions\nEligibility Criteria\nExperience\n7+ years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations\nExperience in coordination roles within roaming rollout or similar functions\nSkills:\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\nEffective communication and stakeholder management\nAbility to work in a structured and systematic manner\nCollaborative mindset with cross-cultural awareness\nEducation:\nMasters/bachelor’s degree and must have basic technical understanding on mobile or mobile roaming\nFunctional Skills / Knowledge Areas\nA collaborative and goal-oriented approach\n\nProactive and having a structured approach -
