This role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work independently in field environments, and a willingness to learn complex, cross-domain systems.\nYou will travel to customer sites (50%+ travel required), operating within customer time constraints and safety conditions to complete installations of Teleo’s hardware, electrical, and network systems\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nMeasuring and integrating mechanical and electrical components\n\nInstalling and optimizing on-equipment systems and network infrastructure\n\nTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues\n\nSupporting new vehicle, control station, and network deployments\n\nPerforming routine maintenance and service visits\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\n\nAbility to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision\n\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.\n\nAbility to collaborate in a highly cross-functional environments\n\nPassion to tackle real world challenges in robotics\n\nMust be fluent in English (Oral and Written)\n\nProficient with Microsoft and Google Office Suite or related software.\n\nAbility to use CAD platforms\n\nUnderstanding of electrical diagram platforms\n\nComfortable configuring computers and networks\n\nReview, understand, and comply with diverse customer safety protocols, hazard controls, and site-specific guidelines.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic role\n\nExperience in Mining, Construction, Mechanical, Automotive, or other Industrial fields\n\nExperience integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred\n\nHands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicing\n\nAbility to use electrical test instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)\n\nComfortable working from technical drawings and schematics\n\nProficient with computers (email, chat tools, spreadsheets, documentation)\n\nComfortable using power tools (grinder, drill, fabrication tools) and performing mechanical assemblies\n\nPhysically capable of performing field work, including lifting, climbing, and working on heavy equipment\n\nAbility and willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites (regional driving and periodic out-of-state travel)\n\nStrong communication skills and professional customer interaction\n\nDemonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment\n\nStrong work ethic and accountability\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nPerformance of the position requires working safely and may occasionally require climbing up to elevated surfaces, working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, noise levels, and on a range of outdoor work surfaces.\n\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.\n\nThe position requires frequent movement and activity relating to using keyboards, viewing data on computer displays, and communicating verbally and in writing.\n\nAbility and willingness to travel to customer sites (locally with several hours of driving or travel out of state).\n\nYou will need to stand for extended periods, operate tools and controls, and occasionally lift and move 50
