Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.\n\nJOB SUMMARY\nAssistant Manager, Sales supports airline cargo sales and end-to-end cargo solutions for scheduled and charter flights, driving revenue growth from new and existing customers. The role manages key customer relationships, oversees bookings and space coordination, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless cargo services and support business growth.\nCommercial & Revenue Ownership:\nAcquire new airline cargo customers and grow revenue from existing accounts to achieve assigned sales, volume, and yield targets\nEnhance revenue from new customers and increase penetration with existing customers\nOwn a portfolio of key cargo accounts and be fully accountable for commercial performance\nDevelop and execute sales strategies by route, customer segment, and capacity availability\nProactively sell priority products, guaranteed space, special cargo, and charter solutions to maximize yield\nCustomer & Market Development:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and key logistics partners\nIdentify new trade lanes, industries, and customer opportunities to expand cargo revenue\nLead commercial negotiations including pricing, space commitments, and service agreements\nCapacity, Booking & Space Control:\nLead space allocation and booking decisions to balance customer demand, yield, and operational constraints\nWork with cargo operations and network teams to optimize load factors and flight utilization\nSupport charter cargo planning including customer sourcing, pricing, and space commitments\nOperational & Regulatory Oversight:\nEnsure all shipments comply with Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), airline policies, and packaging standards\nOversee export documentation and customs coordination in collaboration with customers and ground handlers\nAct as the commercial escalation point for shipment issues, delays, or service failures\nReporting & Performance Management:\nReview and validate cargo sales and revenue reports to ensure accurate billing and freight charge collection\nMonitor customer, route, and product performance and take corrective actions where needed\nOthers:\nPerform other commercial and business-related tasks as assigned by management\nRequirements\nExperienced in airline cargo, air freight, logistics, or cargo sales with focus on revenue growth\nProven sales or account management experience, including key customer management\nKnowledge of air freight services, cargo solutions, and airline cargo operations\nUnderstanding of proper packaging standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)\nBasic knowledge of customs clearance processes and export documentation\nStrong coordination and problem-solving skills with proactive mindset\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative airline environment\nGood communication skills in Thai and English\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to travel as per required\nBenefits\nWork-Life at #TeamTeleport\nUnlimited training -You will have access to a wide range of learning resources including Notion!\nDitch the Suit & Tie - Be comfortable as you are, express your inner Fashionista… as long as it's not a birthday suit!\nVacation and time away - Sometimes you need to recharge and come back energized!
