Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:\nLead Cargo Load Optimization: Independently manage the distribution of cargo bookings across the network to maximize capacity utilization and minimize wasted space.\nResolve Operational Disruptions: Identify root causes of offloads or delays and develop practical recovery solutions to maintain delivery reliability.\nManage Stakeholder Coordination: Align with Ground Operations and Commercial teams to ensure planning accuracy and adapt communication styles to resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.\nSpearhead Process Assignments: Take ownership of specific planning projects or workflows, ensuring they are executed with limited supervision and high attention to detail.\nPropose Workflow Enhancements: Analyze routine operational issues and propose actionable improvements to planning tools or procedures to increase speed and efficiency.\nRequirements\nThese are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, Business, or a related field.\n1 to 3 years of experience in air cargo planning, load optimization, or logistics operations.\nBasic understanding of air cargo capacity, space allocation, and flight load planning.\nExperience in handling operational disruptions, cargo offloads, and quick recovery planning.\nProficiency in Google Workspace and basic familiarity with air cargo management tools.\nStrong communication skills to coordinate smoothly between Ground Operations and Commercial teams.\nGood problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAt Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
