Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.\nYour day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.\nHow we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.\nMost of your time will be spent driving impact through:\nSupport data analysis and ad-hoc requests from business partners\nAssist with monthly and quarterly reporting for the team \nOrganise and maintain team documentation, folders, and resources across Notion and Google Drive\nLead a key project to improve the team's way of working through automation and process improvement\nMap out the team's current workflow and develop a more efficient future workflow\nChampion new workflows and identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes\nRequirements\nThese are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. \nStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.\nComfortable preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint. \nEager to learn and take initiative. \nStrong communication skills. \nAble to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.\nAt Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
