performance; identify, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues promptly.\nCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nParticipate in system upgrades, patch management, and release deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.\nSupport system integration efforts between Netcracker and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, network management tools).\nAnalyze and optimize application workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.\nProvide Level 2/3 support for incidents and service requests related to the Netcracker platform.\nWork closely with Netcracker vendor support for issue resolution and change requests.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.\nAssist in user training and onboarding related to Netcracker systems and tools.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Netcracker OSS/BSS applications.\nSolid understanding of telecom business processes (order to cash, service provisioning, customer lifecycle management).\nExperience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), UNIX/Linux environments, and shell scripting.\nFamiliarity with integration technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of ITIL practices and experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).\nExperience with network inventory and resource modeling within Netcracker.\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is a plus.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical
