document functional and business requirements.\nDevelop user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.\nDevelop and maintain Business Requirements Documents.\nManage and refine product backlogs and maintain backlog information in JIRA.\nSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and other Agile ceremonies.\nCoordinate among stakeholders, developers and QA/testing personnel.\nPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing.\nDocument and track defects through resolution.\nMaintain program and application documentation in Confluence.\nConduct business-process analysis and process modeling.\nAssist stakeholders with prioritizing requirements.\nSupport application enhancements and new system capabilities.\nAssist development teams with interpreting business requirements.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nIT business and systems analysis\nRequirements elicitation, analysis and documentation\nUser-story and acceptance-criteria development\nBusiness Requirements Documents\nAgile/Scrum delivery methodologies\nJIRA and Agile backlog management\nConfluence documentation\nUser Acceptance Testing and defect management\nBusiness-process analysis and process modeling\nStakeholder facilitation and requirements prioritization\nCollaboration with application development and QA/testing teams\nData analysis\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\nFive or more years of hands-on experience in the required field.\nDemonstrated IT business-analysis experience.\nExperience eliciting and documenting requirements.\nAgile project experience.\nExperience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.\nExperience with User Acceptance Testing and defect management.\nExperience working with technical development
