The position also supports troubleshooting, system enhancements, stakeholder requirements, governance, permissions and security.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support SharePoint Online environments.\nConfigure and maintain SharePoint Online sites.\nManage site permissions and user access.\nDesign and maintain SharePoint workflows.\nDevelop and maintain electronic forms.\nIntegrate SharePoint with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.\nSupport SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations.\nTroubleshoot functional and technical SharePoint issues.\nSupport system enhancements.\nWork directly with stakeholders to develop effective business solutions.\nApply SharePoint governance and administrative standards.\nSupport Microsoft Entra ID-related security and access requirements.\nMaintain documentation covering configurations, workflows, permissions and application changes.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nThe successful candidate should bring strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps and Power Automate, along with practical experience configuring SharePoint sites, managing permissions, developing workflows and forms, and integrating SharePoint with Microsoft services.
