The director will coordinate task-order intake, staffing, quality control, performance reporting, and the activities of six proposed service leads. This individual will be responsible for maintaining alignment among Government stakeholders, TeleSolv leadership, and consulting personnel. The position is central to successful contract performance and requires the ability to oversee several active workstreams while preserving schedule discipline, service quality, and clear executive-level communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as TeleSolv’s primary point of contact for Government procurement and contracting representatives and the organizations issuing task orders.\nDirect and coordinate service leads responsible for business process analysis, change management, workforce analysis, data analysis, training, and leadership development.\nReview and negotiate task-order scopes, fee proposals, and staffing plans in coordination with Government stakeholders.\nCoordinate task-order intake and ensure that assignments are appropriately staffed and supported.\nMaintain quality control across all active task orders.\nMonitor schedules and promote consistent, timely execution of contractual responsibilities.\nEstablish and maintain risk and issue tracking for concurrent assignments.\nPrepare and deliver recurring status reports to Government leadership and TeleSolv executive management.\nSupport proposal-stage activities, including résumé finalization, reference coordination, and task-order transition planning.\nPromote clear communication, accountability, and coordination among stakeholders and consulting personnel.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nProject Management Professional certification: Required.\nITIL 4 certification: Preferred.\nCertified ScrumMaster certification: Preferred.\nAdvanced project and program management expertise.\nStrong knowledge of task-order-based and IDIQ-style contracting structures.\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary consulting engagements.\nAbility to coordinate multiple service areas and concurrent assignments.\nStrong client relationship and stakeholder-management capabilities.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.\nExperience developing staffing plans, fee proposals, status reports, and management updates.\nKnowledge of quality control, schedule management, and risk and issue tracking.\nAbility to negotiate scope and coordinate expectations among multiple stakeholders.\nSound professional judgment and the discipline to work independently.\nAbility to maintain continuity, responsiveness, and accountability across complex
