The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact between TeleSolv’s contractor team and Government representatives and will oversee contract management, operational coordination, staffing, workload prioritization, reporting, quality management and mission-support activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead overall contract and project management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation and implementation. \nServe as the primary point of contact between TeleSolv’s contractor team and Government representatives. \nFacilitate effective communication and support the timely resolution of project issues. \nOversee operational coordination, staffing, workload prioritization, reporting, quality management and mission-support activities. \nMonitor progress against established goals and benchmarks, making adjustments as necessary to maintain momentum and meet deliverables. \nLead and motivate a diverse project team while fostering collaboration and adherence to quality standards and ethical practices.\nPrepare and present regular project reports and stakeholder updates addressing progress, challenges and mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate with Government offices and external entities to support project integration and alignment with broader organizational goals.\nIdentify project risks, implement risk-management practices and develop contingency plans.\nEnsure compliance with applicable federal regulations, standards and contractual requirements. \nRegularly evaluate project processes for efficiency and effectiveness and incorporate best practices and innovations that support continuous improvement. \nGuide the project toward completion on schedule, within budget and in accordance with Government expectations.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nMaster’s degree in a related field or current Project Management Professional certification. \nAt least seven years of direct project-management experience.\nAt least three years of experience managing large-scale Government contracts or complex financial-management projects. \nDemonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets exceeding $3 million.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and under regulatory constraints. \nProven experience in strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder communication within a Government or financial-services environment. \nDemonstrated experience supporting operational activities, agile environments, executive coordination and Government mission-support operations.\nComprehensive project and contract management\nStrategic planning and project implementation\nBudget management, including budgets exceeding $3 million\nResource allocation and staffing oversight\nWorkload prioritization and operational coordination\nRisk identification, mitigation and contingency planning\nStakeholder and executive-level communication\nGovernment mission-support operations\nAgile
