If you are passionate about cloud technologies and enjoy creating robust, efficient systems that power the digital video industry, we want to hear from you!\nLocation: Kraków, Poland\nHybrid Position (Combination of in-office and remote work)\nRequirements\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based software applications using Go (Golang).\nLead the design and implementation of distributed systems from the ground up.\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.\nConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.\nUtilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications.\n Required Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Go (Golang).\nHands-on experience with one of these tools: Cassandra, Elasticsearch or Cockroach DB.\nProficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n Nice to Have\nFamiliarity with digital media technologies, including video codecs and container formats.\nTelestream is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process.
