You will partner with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to build automated testing solutions, improve CI/CD pipelines, and drive software quality across our healthcare technology platform.\nWhat you will do\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web applications, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and distributed systems.\nBuild reusable automation frameworks, testing utilities, and engineering tools that improve software quality and development efficiency.\nCreate and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies.\nDevelop production-quality software and automation components using modern programming languages.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and delivery speed.\nInvestigate defects through application analysis, API testing, database validation, log analysis, and system troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with software engineers to identify root causes, validate fixes, and prevent regressions.\nMonitor quality metrics, test coverage, and automation effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.\nLeverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code reviews while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.\nContribute to engineering standards, automation best practices, and knowledge sharing across the organization.\nWhat we look for\nExperience developing software using Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Scala, C++, or similar object-oriented languages.\nExperience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, NUnit, pytest, Jest, or comparable technologies.\nExperience testing web applications, REST APIs, backend services, data platforms, and event-driven systems.\nExperience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience using logging, debugging, and monitoring tools.\nExperience working with Git, Agile development practices, and collaborative software delivery teams.\nExperience with SQL and database testing, including relational and NoSQL technologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems is a plus.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools and evaluating AI-generated solutions with sound engineering judgment.\nHealthcare technology or SaaS experience is preferred.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of five years of professional experience; or\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of three year of professional experience.\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nBenefits\nEmployee Medical/dental/vision premiums paid 100% - family members without coverage Medical 100% - small cost for dependents on dental and vision, which start from day one!\nLife and AD&D\nFlexible Spending Accounts: Medical, Dependent Care, and Transportation\n401 (k) Retirement Savings\nTuition Reimbursement\nMilitary Paid Leave (up to 6 months of base salary while on military leave)\nPaid Time Off\nPaid parental leave\nDisclaimer:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
