Media Manager\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop and implement a social media strategy from scratch\nBuild and maintain social media profiles for the company and group\nCreate, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms\nMonitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports\nRespond to user comments and direct messages, handle customer care questions, and build positive brand loyalty\nStay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices\nRequirements: \n2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (experience building a social media presence from scratch is a strong plus)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nCreative mindset and ability to create engaging content independently\nUnderstanding
