In this hybrid role, you will support the Performance Media Sales team by managing key components of linear and digital media strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing from pre-sale through post-sale.\nYou bring a strong foundation in linear and digital marketing and campaign operations, ideally from a digital publisher, media agency, or content platform. You're not only great with numbers and media math, but also collaborative and solutions-driven with an eye for detail. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.\nYou will report to the Performance Account Executives and partner closely with senior sales executives.\nYOUR DAY-TO-DAY:\nCampaign Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute linear and digital media plans, responding to RFPs with strategic and creative ideas that meet client KPIs.\nImplement media plans in platforms such as Operative and manage end-to-end campaign workflows.\nLiaise with creative, production, and AdOps teams to ensure timely and accurate launch of linear and digital campaigns.\nMonitor and optimize campaign performance, providing post-campaign recaps and insights for future opportunities.\n\nSales Coordination & Client Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for agency counterparts and internal departments such as Pricing & Planning, Inventory, Ad Compliance, Traffic, and Billing.\nEnsure stewardship of deals, monitor campaign delivery, and manage schedule/programming updates.\nTrack and resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation for invoicing, and assist with administrative support to sales teams.\nManage promotional assets and special integrations alongside Senior Sales Executives.\n\nClient & Internal Communication:Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.\nDeliver proof of performance materials such as launch screenshots and post-campaign decks.\nSupport the flow of information between teams to ensure alignment and transparency.\n\nYOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n2+ years in digital marketing, media sales, or advertising operations-ideally at a media company, digital publisher, or agency.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and general Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with ad management platforms like Wide Orbit, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DCM, or Innovid (a plus).\nStrong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nUnderstanding of linear and digital industry terminology and media math.\nFluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.\nELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to work from our New York office.\nEmployment and education verification required.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.\nSALARY RANGE\nBase Salary- $60,000- 70,000 + Benefits.
