Let's build what's next\nResponsibilities\nManage the development and support of all internal and external customer interface tools (TIMS (Technical Information Management System), SW SFTP, Portals on Confluence, etc.)\nImplement a vision to drive the development of both small (short-term solutions) and large (long-term solutions) web-based tools strategy and goals to make the group more efficient and effective for the customers\nAs a subject matter expert in the latest web-based tools, candidate will be responsible for providing inputs and helping to drive the benchmark requirements for the development and implementation of information content management tools\nManage the planning and integration of AI technologies for existing and new web-based tools used by internal and external customers\nManage each tool’s underlying standards, security, software, infrastructure, and hardware requirements and implementation to keep the tools compliant and meeting the needs of the customers\nManage the development of tooling scripts and their commercialization for automation and efficient operation of customer activities\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Web-based Development; Advanced degree is preferred\nMinimum of five (5) - eight (8) years of Industry experience within Web Content Management Space\nManagement experience with driving and implementing new web-based development within Information Management and customer engagement tools\nExperience at translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and tangible product changes\nExperience with implementing AI and automation to enhance and improve functionality and efficiency for customer interface tools experience\nGood understanding of the fundamental aspects of basic security on web applications and platforms\nExperience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation\nExperience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures\nGood understanding of Telecom technologies and processes\nNecessary Skills and Attributes:\nExcellent written, oral communication and team focused but entrepreneurial spirit\nManagement capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously\nManagement skills to be able to communicate effectively, manage development time and implementations, indirectly manage internal resources, manage external vendors, and deliver updated status reports on activities as required\nSelf-motivated, natural drive to learn and pickup new challenges\nCritical thinking, problem-solving ability, and courage to challenge the status quo\nResults oriented driven, not satisfied until the job is complete with the highest quality\nPeople skills in being able to work and interact with multiple groups and customers to develop the best-in-class web-based tools for Samsung Networks\nJoin Our Veteran-Friendly Team:\nAre you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
