Responsibilities
- Assist with RF network design, coverage analysis, and propagation modeling.
- Support senior engineers with link budget calculations and coverage predictions.
- Analyze network performance metrics such as RSRP, SINR, throughput, and call drop rates.
- Assist with drive test data analysis using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.
- Support troubleshooting of network performance issues.
- Assist in the preparation of RF engineering documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineering, field operations, and construction teams.
- Participate in RF design reviews and engineering planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of RF engineering or wireless telecommunications experience
- Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless technologies
- Familiarity with RF concepts such as propagation, link budgets, and interference
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
