The Senior Project Manager will oversee field execution, workforce mobilization, client coordination, project controls, quality assurance, safety compliance, and delivery performance across multiple concurrent data center sites.\nThis role requires a strong background in mission-critical environments, structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, low-voltage systems, and large-scale field team management. The position is expected to travel extensively and support multi-state deployments.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects.\nManage field operations, schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.\nCoordinate activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nOversee deployment of technicians, leads, engineers, documentation specialists, and support personnel.\nMonitor project schedules, productivity metrics, earned value, and milestone completion.\nConduct customer meetings, progress reviews, and executive status reporting.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, customer requirements, quality programs, and site procedures.\nManage change orders, project documentation, issue resolution, and escalation activities.\nSupport workforce planning, onboarding, badging, travel logistics, and resource forecasting.\nReview installation quality, testing documentation, punch-list items, and project closeout packages.\nDrive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n8+ years of project management experience supporting telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction projects.\nExperience managing multiple crews and large distributed field teams.\nExperience overseeing subcontractors and customer-facing project delivery.\nStrong understanding of project scheduling, forecasting, budgets, and project controls.\nAbility to travel extensively and support long-duration deployments.\nAbility to pass client-required background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding requirements.\nPreferred\nSenior-level data center deployment experience.\nOracle, hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical facility experience.\nPMP Certification.\nExperience managing fiber optic and structured cabling deployments.\nFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety programs.\nExperience supporting nationwide field operations.\nJoin Our Veteran-Friendly Team:\nAre you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
