are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to develop the software that enables multiple autonomous robots to operate efficiently, safely, and reliably in logistics and industrial environments.\nThe primary focus of this role is Fleet Management System (FMS), robot orchestration, task management, fleet coordination, and traffic management, with additional involvement in navigation and path planning.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong C++/ROS2 software engineering skills with a solid understanding of autonomous mobile robotics and real-world robot deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop Fleet Management System (FMS) software for autonomous mobile robots.\nDevelop task allocation, dispatching, scheduling, robot coordination, and fleet monitoring.\nImplement fleet-level traffic management, resource reservation, deadlock detection, and recovery.\nDevelop interfaces between the FMS and individual robot autonomy stacks.\nDevelop and integrate navigation and path-planning capabilities, including route planning, obstacle avoidance, and navigation behaviors.\nIntegrate FMS, navigation, localization, perception, control, and robot hardware into a complete autonomous system.\nDevelop and maintain ROS/ROS2-based robotics software and system interfaces.\nIntegrate third-party robotics software and technologies.\nDiagnose complex fleet-level and robot-level failures using logs, telemetry, simulation, and real-robot testing.\nImprove system reliability, scalability, performance, and fault tolerance for production deployment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of experience developing software for robotics, autonomous systems, or mobile robots.\nStrong C++ and Linux/Ubuntu development skills.\nStrong hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2.\nSolid understanding of mobile robot navigation and autonomous systems.\nExperience with AMRs, AGVs, AGFs, autonomous vehicles, or similar robotic systems.\nUnderstanding of fleet management, multi-robot coordination, task planning, or traffic management.\nGood understanding of path planning, route planning, obstacle avoidance, and navigation.\nStrong system integration and debugging skills.\nExperience deploying and debugging software on real robots.\nGood English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in one or more of the following is a plus:\nFleet Management Systems / multi-robot coordination\nTask allocation, scheduling, dispatching, or fleet optimization\nTraffic management, resource reservation, and deadlock handling\nNav2 / ROS2 Navigation Stack\nGlobal/local path planning and motion planning\nLiDAR or camera-based perception\nRobot/system orchestration and behavior planning\nLow-level vehicle control\nGazebo, Isaac Sim, or other robotics simulation platforms\nProduction deployment of autonomous robots in logistics or industrial environments\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA strong robotics software engineer with depth in fleet management and breadth across autonomous robotics.\nYou should be able to understand how fleet decisions affect individual robot behavior, and how navigation, localization, perception, and control affect fleet-level performance.\nFor example, when a robot becomes blocked, the candidate should be able to reason across task assignment, traffic management, route planning, localization, perception, and robot execution to identify the appropriate solution.\nFleet Management
