We are on a journey from traditional automation to Intelligent Platform Engineering.\nMy team develops and operates cloud-native automation solutions that support tenant onboarding, applications lifecycle management, artifact acquisition, CI/CD pipelines, observability reporting, and operational workflows across a large-scale Telco Cloud environment.\nWe are now looking for an AI Network Cloud Lead Engineer to help us introduce AI capabilities into our platforms and services.\nYou will be the technical leader driving the adoption of Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation across our cloud platform. Working closely with automation engineers, platform engineers, product/business owners, you will identify and implement practical use cases, build proof-of-concepts, bring them to production, establish architectural patterns, and help transform our automation platform into an AI-enabled service offering.\nThis role combines biz acumen, architecture, innovation, software engineering.\nYour Mission\nHelp evolve our organization from automated workflows to Intelligent, AI-assisted operational platforms.\nYou will introduce AI capabilities that improve engineer productivity, simplify tenant interactions, and enhance operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the target implementation architecture for AI-enabled platform services.\nEstablish standards, patterns, and governance for AI solutions.\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks and their maturity for adoption.\nSupport prioritization of business cases for NCI.\nDesign AI agents capable of supporting operational workflows.\nDesign and implement AI-powered solutions using both cloud and on-prem LLM platforms.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and platform automation services.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDeep knowledge of one SW programming language (python or Java or …).\nStrong practical experience implementing Generative AI solutions.\nStrong understanding of LLM architectures and capabilities.\nExperience with prompt engineering and AI application design.\nExperience building and integrating RAG solutions.\nExperience with AI agent frameworks (e.g. langchain) and orchestration tools (e.g. n8n, airflow, ).\nUnderstanding of AI limitations, evaluation, and governance.\nsome knowledge in Cloud operation is a plus.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.
