We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering measurable sales results across Telia’s fiber upgrade program and on converting internally generated leads into new FWA and Fixed sales.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nYou'll play a key role in driving fiber upgrades within the SDU segment while contributing to new sales growth across Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Fixed, and Mobile services.\nDrive fiber upgrade activities within the SDU customer segment \nGenerate new sales opportunities across FWA, Fixed, Mobile, and MBB products \nManage customer inquiries, relocations, and sales leads to ensure a seamless customer experience \nCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and support business growth \nWhat Will Help You Thrive In This Role:\nYou're customer-focused, proactive, and motivated by achieving results in a dynamic sales environment.\nProven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role \nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams \nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment \nPositive attitude towards change, continuous improvement, and new ways of working \nExperience with Salesforce, ICX, Homesales, and SmallMaps is considered an advantage \nFluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required.
