Ready to shape how infrastructure services are automated at Telia?\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou’ll own the ITSM automation function-from identifying opportunities and setting priorities to delivering reliable solutions through your team.\nLead and develop a team of automation engineers, setting clear direction, building their capabilities, and supporting delivery.\nTurn operational challenges into automation opportunities, working with ITSM team leads and stakeholders to understand processes and define practical solutions.\nDesign, build, and maintain automation solutions, including runbook automation, operational workflows, and end-to-end process automation.\nShape our engineering approach, defining and evolving automation standards, tooling, and practices.\nOwn the automation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and guiding them from idea to implementation.\nMake the impact visible, measuring time and capacity saved, errors reduced, and improvements in service quality.\nScale automation across ITSM, helping teams reduce manual effort and adopt better ways of working.\nWhat will help you thrive in this role:\nYou’re an engineer who has built automation that works in the real world-and you’re ready to help others do the same.
